More Choices In
Trex Deck Products
The varied looks, styles and colors of Trex decking just keep getting better. The maker of the leading brand of
alternative decking lumber recently announced two more choices in Trex products – a new style of railing and reversible deck boards offering two different looks on the same board. The company also has added two additional color choices for decks and railings.
The new Trex Artisan Series™ railings feature a classic white railing set against a natural wood-tone Trex deck. Styles offered include white balusters or glass panels that offer a more contemporary look. A bold and dignified look and a lightly textured surface results in a deck that is welcoming to the touch and has the look of genuine quality.
Trex Accents™ decking combines all the rich textures and color of nature into one unique deck. Reversible deck boards offer more style and design options for creating dramatic outdoor spaces. Natural wood grain patterns are on one side (Trex Accents), while the other side has a smooth, contemporary look (Trex Origins™). Trex Accents Reversible Deck boards are available in four popular colors: Madeira (red-brown), Winchester Grey, Saddle (tan) and Woodland Brown. Add curves and bends and mix or match colors and textures and the possibilities are endless.
Decking and railing products also are available in two new colors – Cayenne and Burnished Amber. All of the company’s color choices attempt to offer subtle shadings and natural color variations that look like real wood, yet eliminate the worry of splinters, weather damage or deterioration over time.
Trex Company turns recycled and reclaimed plastic and waste wood into Trex decking products. In fact, the company estimates it receives almost half of the recycled grocery bags available in the U.S. market today. The company manufactures a residential and commercial decking product that looks like real wood, yet never rots, cracks or splinters. Trex decks are especially weather-resistant and never need to be painted or stained.
