Yard Customer Service

Job Duties
Provide high level of customer service in yard and warehouse loading areas. Identify and load material purchased by customers and assist in keeping areas stocked, organized and clean.

Greet customers and check paperwork to determine products required.
Locate products and assist customer in loading.
Assist in loading and unloading deliveries.
Properly mark and route paperwork.
Assist in keeping loading areas stocked, organized and clean.
Report out-of-stock merchandise according to store procedures.
Perform all duties in a safe manner and report any unsafe conditions immediately.
Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Forklift experience and ability to perform heavy lifting required, 80 lbs. occasionally, 50 lbs. frequently and 20 lbs. constantly. Must have drivers license and excellent customer service skills. Prefer knowledge of lumber and construction materials.
