Outside Sales

Job Duties
Provide assistance and support to the customers and the commercial sales staff in a fast-paced environment.

Enter estimates, orders and invoices into computer system.
Word processing and spreadsheet creation and management.
Assist in preparation and review of bid documentation.
Provide quality customer service, communication and follow through to customers.
Track material.
Compile product data and sumittal information.
Minor accounting.
Other duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. General understanding of the construction process. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize use of time. Motivated, detail-oriented, organized, excellent work ethic and a quick leaner. Prior construction related experience preferred.
