Inside Sales II - Design Center
Job Duties
Provide quality customer service to retail and contractor customers in knowledgeable and professional manner related to sales activities. Catagories are primarily cabinet design, field measurement, installation and maintenance.
Greet and welcome customers.
Assess customer needs.
Provide information about products, including price and availability.
May handle special order sales.
Prepare estimates, price quotes, purchase orders and invoices.
Recommend products and services to meet customer needs.
Assist with inventory control, housekeeping and merchandising.
Assist with customer service problems, repairs, service, exchanges or refunds.
Work with credit to establish customer accounts.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Must have strong customer service skills. Product knowledge (cabinets, appliances, countertops, flooring, etc), prefer previous Design Center sales and 1-year cabinet cad-design program experience. Familiarity with invoicing and purchase orders. Good communication and interpersonal skills are necessary as this positiion works directly with the public and with other SBS employees. Should have good computer skills. Ability to perform medium work involving exerting up to 50 lbs. occasionally and 25 lbs. frequently.
