Driver III - Tractor/Trailor

Job Duties
To operate trucks and associated equipment to safely transport materials to and from various locations, in compliance with all company guidelines and applicable state and federal regulations in a manner that insures quality customer service.

Class A CDL required. Must complete a DOT application, provide a current ICC physical card and 3-year driving record.
Load and assist in loading and securing material on vehicle for safe, efficient and damage free transportation.
Move trusses from plant to customer.
Insure all transported material is properly and completely documented, including invoices and material return forms.
Accept COD payments.
Perform regular, routine equipment safety checks and report any major maintenance or safety dificiencies.
Reports to Yard Manager.
Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Must be able to perform heavy work, exerting up to 80 pounds of force occasionally and/or 50 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds constantly to move objects. Mobility will involve stooping, bending, crouching, crawling and reaching.
